Avalon Second Homes was founded by Paul Morgan. Born and raised in the northeast of England, Paul decided to travel to the states to study at university. After graduation, Paul heeded the call from the mountains and began working in property management in the beautiful Park City area.

Now with over five years of experience and having successfully maintained over 100 Park City homes, Paul is excited to offer his services and expertise exclusively to second home owners.
